Hospitality Assistant - Food Services

About the role

In this role you will assist with serving meals to our wonderful residents.

Shift Pattern Availability:

• Monday to Sunday - 4pm to 7pm

Preferably also have availability for 7am to 1.30pm to cover annual leave and sick leave.

To be successful you must demonstrate the following:

• Food preparation experience essential


• Strong communication skills


• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn


• Knowledge of good hygiene practices


• Professional presentation


• Flexible with availability


• Knowledge of WH&S work practices will be highly regarded


• Current Flu vaccination 


• Previous work in aged care is preferred


• Current Food Handling Certificate preferred


• Current Flu vaccination

What do we need from you?

• Previous experience in kitchen or catering 


• Willingness to take direction from others


• Reliability and shift flexibility 


• Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure


• Basic computer skills


• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years) 


• Current COVID & Annual Flu Vaccination (Mandatory)


• 2024 Flu vaccination or willingness to obtain
