Act as a trusted Salesperson, fostering strong client relationships and showcasing our long-term value as their recruitment partner.
And the best part? You will also be backed by in-house teams of recruitment specialists (recruitment marketers, shortlisters, and client success specialists) who will provide & execute the actual recruitment solutions, and even collaborate with your sales strategies!

Responsibilities Include:
This role comes with on-target earnings of $100,000 - $120,000 in year 1, with further growth in year 2 and beyond. Comprised of base salary inclusive of super, uncapped commissions and milestone bonuses.

At Scout Talent, we believe in setting you up for success from day 1! Our onboarding program is a combination of dedicated training time with our in-house learning and development team and one-on-one coaching with senior SAEs and your Sales Team Leader.
