Crowne Plaza Hobart is on the lookout for an exceptional Sous Chef to join our team. This is a leadership role within the kitchen supporting our new Executive Chef and an exciting opportunity for those passionate about leading a team who everyday deliver memorable dining experiences with fine local produce, handled with contemporary flare.
In this role you’ll be the go-to person, leading kitchen activities on shift and preparing our delicious food and helping create memorable menus and experiences for guests. You’ll work collaboratively with the Executive Chef with a focus on our Restaurant, Bars and In Room Dining offering; however, will work collaboratively across all parts of the kitchen including supporting banquet production as required.
