Workshop and Spare Parts Administrator

Dandy Premix has a rare opportunity for a motivated Workshop and Spare Parts Administrator to join our team.  The role will be responsible for providing technical services to the business.

About the role:

• Loading of all parts inventory into operating system


• Stocktaking and management


• Continuous improvement of Safe work practices


• Purchasing parts and consumables


• Adopt and continue with lean practices


• Plan and maintain stock levels for critical parts and consumables 


• Regular stock take


• Parts pick up from local suppliers and arrange freight as needed

Essential Requirements:

• Current driver’s licence


• Forklift licence, preferred not essential


• Strong commitment to Work Health and Safety


• Excellent communication and organisation skills


• Sound knowledge of Kenworth, Mack, Isuzu and Western Star, preferred not essential
